We provide written estimates and encourage you to check our references. Handyman rates are $42.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. If your job is relatively small and it appears that it can be performed in 3-4 hours, it is best to work strictly in an hourly basis. For longer jobs we are happy to provide you with a written not to exceed estimate. We provide a labor plus parts detailed invoice. You have the option to purchase any required materials on your own or instruct us to buy it for you. Unlicensed handymen can only accept jobs that are valued at $500.00 or less.
