We provide written estimates and encourage you to check our references. Handyman rates are $42.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. If your job is relatively small and it appears that it can be performed in 3-4 hours, it is best to work strictly in an hourly basis. For longer jobs we are happy to provide you with a written not to exceed estimate. We provide a labor plus parts detailed invoice. You have the option to purchase any required materials on your own or instruct us to buy it for you. Unlicensed handymen can only accept jobs that are valued at $500.00 or less. |

| We believe that the best guarantee that you will receive good workmanship is the reputation and qualification of the independent handyman that does your job. We will gladly have him or her provide you with referrals that you can check and validate. Additionally nothing replaces the watchful eyes of the consumer. We recommend and in fact request that larger jobs be broken into smaller portions so that you the consumer can monitor the progress and the quality of the work and that through prudent fund control all parties are protected. |  |
