OUR SERVICE
We provide owner-operated, licensed, insured and independent contractors who take pride in their work and are dedicated to superior workmanship. Architectural stone and tile landscapes/hardscapes such as fountains, walkways, stairways, BBQs are featured by Dutch Touch RLM California License C-27#905525. Our landscaping contractors will design to fit your landscape budget which could include features such as lawn and garden features, fireplaces, fire pits, barbecues, decks, gazebos, stone walkways, brick walls, and water features such as waterfalls, koi ponds, aquariums etc.
We also have maintenance gardeners who strictly maintain your existing outdoor living spaces on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or demand basis. Our maintenance contractors provide comprehensive services, including aeration, fertilization, weed control, seeding, planting, irrigation system installation, repair and much more.
We use the old fashion methods using brooms and rakes. We don't make your house dirty with the blower. The reason for this is the blower throws dirt and dust up into the air and it falls back down on your lawn and your neighbor's lawn. Plus it's better for the environment.
We provide written estimates and encourage you to check our references. Landscape design consultation is available from our design contractors. A simple (not to scale) sketch design is available for an average size residential˙ design at $100.00. Maintenance quotes are free.
OUR GUARANTEE
On design and construction your guarantee is via conservative fund control. Mutually negotiated and agreed payment schedules allow you to see the progress of the work and the quality of the workmanship. On maintenance care payment is generally due upon the completion of the work so again the homeowner is able to inspect the quality of the workmanship before payment is made. This is the best guarantee.
