Our window cleaning service includes inside and outside cleaning of the glass, cleaning of the tracks, and the screens. If your screens are damaged we will only remove them with your agreement. We also clean mirrors, chandeliers and hard to reach items such as light fixtures, skylights, solariums, greenhouses etc. We clean stained glass windows, beveled glass windows and French windows. We offer new construction window service and commercial window service. Our contractors are screened for integrity, honesty and quality workmanship. They provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Local services are tailored to your needs and priorities. The same experienced team provides service for regular recurring customers wishing weekly, biweekly or monthly service. Demand service is also available. Vacation rental maid service and property maintenance services are offered. |

We typically charge $7.00 per window where a window is any normal size opening. Sliding glass doors are counted as two windows. French windows, stained glass windows and beveled glass requiring additional time is slightly more. We have a minimum charge of $84.00. If you have windows that are extra dirty, have paint splatters on the glass, have stickers or labels to be removed, this takes additional time and may cost slightly more. Free no obligation on site quotes are always available. |

| When the work is completed conduct a detailed walk thru and to point out any thing that may have been missed. Contractors are happy to correct missed items and it is far less costly for you and the contractor to have it done right the first time VS coming back to fix it later. Nevertheless if you call us within 24 hours of the service we will cheerfully ask the contractors to return and remedy any missed items. A 4 day “Rain Check” if your windows are spotted by rain is offered. |  |
