Josephina will come to your home review the current feel and appearance of the home and submit to you a written set of recommendations to stage your home for a successful sale at the best price. Your goal is to make home buyers fall in love with the house as soon as they see it from the street. And that comes with a bonus: a great overall impression is often enough to make a buyer more lenient about minor repair issues.
OUR PRICING
The cost of an initial staging consultation is $165.00. Josephina will come to your home review the current feel and appearance of the home and submit to you a written set of recommendations to stage your home for a successful sale at the best price. If you decide to hire her to implement any or all of the staging recommendations, the rate is $42.00 per hour per person minimum 2 hours. Josephina will arrange the trades to do necessary home improvements, co-ordinate all cleaning and detailing, arrange to pack away of clutter, and furnish plants and furniture pieces to accent your home. Dutch Touch will work with any licensed real estate professional to provide staging services and will wait for close of escrow or 60 days whichever comes first for payment.
